Alex is Unilever's Global Workplace Services Sustainability Manager, and has been with the organization for almost a decade. Among the sustainability projects he is leading are designing roadmaps for addressing food waste and plastic usage, energy efficiency and carbon reduction, and water usage and restoration. Prior to his current role, he was a utilities assistant manager for Unilever’s Supply Chain team, and an environmental project manager for Unilever Global Manufacturing Sustainability.

Alex graduated with a degree in mathematics and informatics from Colegiul National Unirea Turnu-Magurele, and holds a master's degree in hydraulics and fluid power technology from the Politehnica University of Bucharest.

He lives in Bucharest with his wife and daughter, for whom he dedicates his passion for developing sustainable solutions. Alex aims to leave a legacy of a trouble-free world for her and future citizens.
